Samus Aran Identity Line Art

This piece of fan art was inspired by my play through of Metroid: Other M. I really enjoyed the larger universe explored by the game's story and the new supporting characters introduced. I wanted to draw Samus Aran in civilian clothes, although still revealing a hint of her zero suit underneath.

Her reflection in the window shows her donning her Varia Suit. This is why I titled this piece "Identity". I wish Nintendo would explore more of her character, beyond the silent robot protagonist Samus that we are accustomed to. I would love to play a prequel to Metroid where we see her past and progression into the bounty hunter we all know and love.
